Mission at Alpine and Mission at West Jordan received the 2011 Utah Nursing Home Quality Award from HealthInsight, Utah’s Quality Improvement Organization (QIO). The annual award is given to nursing homes demonstrating high-quality healthcare and excellence in performance on publicly reported quality-of-care measures and other specified quality markers.
Mission at Maple Springs is the only nursing home in Utah to be awarded the 2012 Nursing Home Quality Award from HealthInsight.
