Mission at Community Rehabilitation is rural living at its finest! Located in central Utah, Community Rehabilitation offers the best in clinical and therapy services, all in a relationship-centered environment. Our Therapy to Home program focuses on you as an individual, rather than your disease or disability. We start by collaborating with you to create a plan based on your own goals for recovery. Our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers, registered dietitians, and recreational therapists work with you to develop a therapy strategy based on your preferences, needs, and well-being to get you on the road to recovery.
Enjoy a private suite, flexible meal times and menu choices, activities, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi. With our choice-oriented program, you decide when you go to bed, when you rise, when to dine, and when you would like to participate in therapy.
