Castle Rock Rehabilitation Center Wins the Silver Quality Award

Castle Rock Rehabilitation Center joins the elite homes that have earned the Silver Award for Quality. The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program provides a pathway for providers of long term and post-acute care services to journey towards performance excellence. The program is based on the core values and criteria of the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program. Each one of the Mission homes has achieved the Bronze Level Award. Community Rehabilitation Center was the recipient of this prestigious award last year making them only one of 5 homes in the state of Utah to receive this prestigious award!
