Hillside Rehabilitation Center

Hillside Rehabilitation Center specializes in the care of residents with medical, physical rehabilitation and dementia care needs. Founded in 1990 as a community-based nonprofit company, we are dedicated to caring for people with problems related to aging.

Situated in a safe, attractive neighborhood, Hillside Rehabilitation Center is conveniently located and easy to get to from anywhere in the Salt Lake City and metropolitan area. The facility offers a safe and secure location, tastefully landscaped for residents to visit and walk through. The mature trees and quiet setting often elicit warm memories for many residents who grew up in the area. During the warmer months, courtyards and pathways provide wonderful places for exercise, conversation and activities. Facility outings are often planned to local places of interest, including city tours, musical theaters, and various religious centers. In conjunction with regularly scheduled activities; new events are always just around the corner.

At Hillside Rehabilitation, senior adults who are manifesting difficult behaviors are cared for by staff specially trained in the area of Alzheimer's disease. The facility is able to provide complex medical services, comprehensive therapies, and restorative nursing. Residents' diversity and individuality are recognized and encouraged. All efforts are designed to enhance their enjoyment of life to the highest degree possible.

Visiting Us

Located right in the center of Salt Lake City, Hillside Rehabilitation Center offers convenient access from all areas of the Wasatch Front. From I-15, take the 1300 South exit in Salt Lake City, and go east to 1216 East. Hillside is on the right side (south) of the street.
