Bear River Valley Care Center

Bear River Valley Care Center is dedicated to caring for people who have special needs related to aging. Our community is located in Tremonton, Utah in the northern part of Box Elder County. We are a smaller more intimate facility, with 38 beds available. We offer long-term care, respite care, and short-term rehabilitative care. In addition to 24-hour skilled nursing care, we offer in-house rehabilitative services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Medical and social services are also provided to all residents.

Our residents enjoy a high staff-to-resident ratio, as well as a safe, secure environment including a wander-guard security system and a spacious fenced back yard. Nutritious, home-cooked meals are served daily. Our residents are also empowered to make decisions that will help make their life experience more like home. Rooms are available for family celebrations or family meetings.

Adding to the homelike environment at our community, we have an in-house beauty and barbershop, daily housekeeping and laundry services, and a staff that listens too and cares about each resident. Finally, our residents are treated to an assortment of daily recreational activities, weekly community excursions, optional church meetings, and monthly outings.
