Alpine Valley Care Center

Alpine Valley Care Center is dedicated to caring for people who have special needs related to aging. Our facility is centrally located in Utah County. We are a smaller, more intimate facility, with 45 beds available. We offer long-term care, respite care, and short-term rehabilitative care. In addition to 24-hour skilled nursing care, we offer in-house rehabilitative services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Medical social services are also provided to all residents.

Our residents enjoy a high staff-to-resident ratio, as well as a safe, secure environment, including a wander-guard security system and a spacious fenced back yard. Nutritious, home-cooked meals are served daily. Our residents also cultivate cherry tomatoes, yellow pear tomatoes, peas, carrots, and radishes in their own garden over the summer months. A private room is available for family celebrations and special events.

Adding to the homelike environment at our care center, we have an in-house beauty and barbershop, daily housekeeping and laundry services, and we offer animal companionship with our facility cats, rabbits, and songbirds. Finally, our residents are treated to an assortment of daily recreational activities, weekly community excursions, optional church meetings, and monthly outings.

To visit Alpine Valley Care Center, take I-15 to exit #275 Lindon/Pleasant Grove, and turn left onto Pleasant Grove Blvd., turn right on State Street (US 89), turn right on Main Street (UT-114), turn left on Alpine Avenue, and continue .1 miles to Alpine Valley Care Center.
