Mission Overview

Our Mission

It is our mission to provide an individual quality life experience through extraordinary service.

Our Promise

We believe it is our responsibility to know our elders by their uniqueness first and by their diagnosis second. Residents’ diversity and individuality are recognized and encouraged. Our efforts are designed to enhance their enjoyment of life to the highest degree possible.

Each resident’s right to privacy is always protected. Social interaction is a choice, not a requirement. Rules are created, monitored and adjusted, when needed, through joint decisions of residents and staff to make life better for all who live and work at Mission Health Services facilities.

Mission Health Services has a strong commitment to build and strengthen a sense of community through support for each other and among residents, staff and volunteers.

The most basic way to develop and deliver high quality care at our homes is to hold our employees in high esteem. Our employees are committed to being both competent and successful with each other, residents, and other stake holders. They are dedicated to personal and professional growth, focused on customer service in the treatment of residents and other employees alike, respected as individuals who are important, and empowered and directed to participate appropriately in all decisions for their work areas.

Our Values

  • Integrity and honesty
  • Enthusiasm and passion for every resident
  • Openness and respectfulness
  • Constructive self-criticism, self-improvement, and personal excellence
  • Accountability to residents, families, and employees
